For Jocy & Omar, the vision was simple: an intimate ceremony in the courthouse’s Mural Room, followed by relaxed portraits exploring the grounds. The result was elegant, timeless, and filled with quiet moments that told their love story perfectly.

The Mural Room is a favorite for couples getting married in Santa Barbara, and for good reason. Its tall arched windows, hand-painted murals, and soft natural light make it feel like stepping into a European painting.

After the ceremony, we wandered the courthouse grounds for portraits. From the grand tiled staircases to the palm-lined walkways and hidden garden corners, every spot offered a new, stunning backdrop.


We planned their elopement for a Sunday afternoon, the grounds were quiet — giving us plenty of time to explore without crowds. We made the most of the arches, mosaic details, and lush landscaping, creating a gallery full of variety without ever leaving the property.
